Eastern Congo Contiguous Zone Flag

The Eastern Congo Contiguous Zone flag is a birthright flag for persons born in this international region under nominal control of Congo's security forces.  Note that the Democratic Republic of Congo that was once under Belgian control is referred to as Eastern Congo.  This is because Eastern Congo's geographic heart is more eastward that the other little Congo.  Likewise the Eastern Congo spans more eastward and its capital city Kinshasa is more eastern than Brazzaville.  Thus the name East Congo to allay confusion.
